Latino Stars to Stage Paz Sin Fronteras on Sunday
Bogota, Colombia,_ At a time when peace is being seriously threatened in Latin America, Hispanic music stars will give a free concert on the Simon Bolivar Bridge that connects Colombia and Venezuela. It hopes to serve as a sign of unity between the two neighbors (and Ecuador) who have recently rattled swords in each other’s directions.
Performing stars include Grammy winner Juanes who said, “We want to consolidate the union between our peoples. We are brothers and sisters, we are equals. We just have to raise one flag together, the flag of peace.” Other performers will be Juan Luis Guerra, Miguel Bose, Alejandro Sanz, Carlos Vives,
