Antonio Banderas celebrating this Easter for his father
Malaga, Spain,_ This year’s Easter festivities will be celebrated with the theme of missing his recently deceased father, Jose Dominguez Prieto says. He added that the balcony where he and his family share every Easter season watching the processions will leave him lonely. This week he spoke of how he misses his dad and that he has watched videos of last year’s processions where his father his with him on that now lonely balcony. The Spanish actor believes, as do Latinos the world over, that though he misses loved ones lost like his father, “I am with my people, where I want to be, feeling my land and giving myself a dose of identity because a man without roots is nothing.” Blessings to Antonio and all families celebrating this Easter Sunday with those they love while remembering those they love who have passed.
