Latinos need to stay on economic prosperity track
San Diego, Ca.,_ Today this region and every other in the country is undergoing an ever tightening economy. Home sales are down and prices are plunging. LEL is all about promoting Latino economic prosperity because as Piolin “por la manana” Sotelo says, “Venimos a triunfar”.
The good news is that the housing market and the economy are going thru an adjustment that over the long haul will make home ownership more affordable for more people. A number of people are and will continue losing their homes due to bad loans they were offered and accepted – which at the time seemed like a great idea to get into a nicer place or get into home ownership for the first time. Anyone who has tasted home ownership will always find a way to get back to it. We say “check yourself” by adjusting your life style, budget and long term goals to ride out the storm. Don’t let money problems dictate your attitude or your actions. You can do this wealth building thing. Si se puede!
