Pink panty sheriff continues raids
Phoenix, Az,_ Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio is still on an anti immigrant rampage in this county. His vigilante campaign to rid the county of undocumented workers (and if some citizens get in his way they go too) is revving up. This week supporters and protesters gathered by the hundreds to demonstrate their feelings. The emotionally laden scene was pretty typical. On the one side immigrants defending their right to be here and assailing the sheriff, who is known for liking his male prisoners in pink panties, or his over exuberant racial profiling that stops every Latino car to check for citizenship status and then runs up the cost on taxpayers to house and feed people guilty of working to feed and care for Americans. On the other side you have your regular trailer park variety of non workers wearing guns and letting it be known they are anti immigrant, anti Mexican and anti anything Latino except for when it comes to eating or having someone perform low cost services for them. It’s a circus and Joe Arpaio is the clown in the center ring.

Joe Arpaio was the child of immigrants from Naples, Italy. His mother died during childbirth and his father had little interest in raising young Joe. As a result, Arpaio spent his childhood being shuffled back and forth between different families, depending on who was able to care for him.
It seems that “America’s Toughest Sheriff” has some “Daddy” issues. Or maybe he just needs a hug?
