Al Gore will kiss the Clintons adios

Washington, DC,_ While he has consistently expressed neutrality in this year’s presidential race Al Gore is rumored to be on the verge of administering the coup de grace by endorsing Senator Barack Obama. The fact he has not even strongly considered going with Hillary Clinton shows the former VP under Bill Clinton does not share much love with his former boss and his wife. Gore has had a free ride up to now but all of that will be over soon. When Gore crosses the line to endorse Obama that will signal the final blow to the Clintons and the beginning of Obama’s taking the party’s leadership role into the November war of a campaign with John McCain and the Republicans.

    I think he just needed an excuse to not go against the Clintons while it was possible that he could influence a race. Now he has it: to bring about party unity.
