North Carolina meets expectations

Indianapolis, Ia.,_ Wish as she may that Florida and Michigan primary votes will be counted Hillary Clinton is about to join the politically walking dead. Her 51 – 49 edge over Barack Obama fell far short of the breakthrough she needed to turn the race around. The Obama campaign is about to seize the moment as they retake the momentum. They will move Superdelegates their way starting immediately. We will see a few this week, a few more next week and the ball will be rolling. At some point they will likely bring out Al Gore to top their victory cake. Though Obama is not a fast closer he will soon close this deal fast. North Carolina’s victory and his near dead heat finish in Indiana have fueled Obama and was the last convincing needed for many of the Superdelegates.

Looking at the Clinton families faces tonight you could see the disappointment and anguish of knowing the end is near for them. They are tough and strong willed, however their time on the national stage is about over for now. Latino supporters around the country will soon enough have the decision to make on whether they move to Obama or if they go for John McCain.
