Hillary and Bill se hablan leverage
Washington, DC,_ After exploring every possible loop hole in the process that initially was made to their order, bottom dollars are being bet that the power couple are now reviewing their options.
The big one, that they and many others thought could not work for so long, might top their “leveraged get out” list. Now that every escape from the Obama presidency has been closed and the delegate count should take him over the top on this last night of primaries, VP does not sound so bad for a couple that is tops on the stage is not ready to go away and retire.
In some ways they represent the baby boomer generation who live and act like “60 is the new 30.” Clinton has been huddled for many hours and a host of emissaries have been going back and forth and having telephone talks to see how the day and the party can be strengthened in the aftermath of the best and most competitive presidential primary campaign ever. Obama will have lots to say about the decision but he, like Hillary had she won, knows there is a potentially big upside to bringing the dream ticket to reality. The cards are in their favor and she can help him with Latinos that McCain might otherwise cut into by November. Look for Hillary and her corner man NOT to make a deal until it’s right by and for them as well.
